FlowLogix Business Analyst - ECS

The FlowLogix Business Analyst at McLeod software serves as the customer solutions provider to the customer. Delivery and operations department in the Enterprise Consulting Services group.

Responsibilities

A list of responsibilities of the FlowLogix Business Analyst:

• Provide consulting services to the customer for best business practices. This includes our software solutions as well as industry solutions
• Lead and/or participate in customer business process reviews and roadmaps
• Continue improvement of McLeod software knowledge and ability
• Continue to enhance transportation knowledge to aid in consulting
• Consult with customers to identify areas of potential process automation and make recommendations based on ROI and customer needs
• Identify and discuss areas of process improvement
• Design process flows utilizing the entire McLeod suite of products as well as third-party systems and vendors
• Communicate with customers, project managers, account managers and developers as needed to ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet customer requirements
• Train end users on functionality of and interaction with automated processes
• Ability to manage time and keep discussions on track to gather necessary information to meet the customer’s goal

Technical Skill Requirements

A list of technical skill requirements of the FlowLogix Business Analyst:

• Thorough knowledge of LoadMaster, PowerBroker, LTL modules, DocumentPower and FlowLogix
• Transportation industry knowledge
• Technical documentation of process design
• Strong process development/improvement skills
• Knowledgeable in change management
• Basic working knowledge of SQL
• Ability to understand and communicate technical information both verbally and in writing
