In our time of Company growth, we are seeking an Marketing Assistant.
Work Location: Bradenton, FL
As part of this role, you will:
- Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials
- Assure collateral material is updated and distributed per MCR and other regulatory requirements
- Assist with writing and proofreading weekly newsletters and promotional materials
- Update and maintain the marketing departments project lists and spreadsheets
- Manage event logistics, booking venues and ordering marketing materials
What you need to bring to this role:
- Education must be one of the following degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field as noted below
- Bachelor's degree & 1 years' experience
- Associate degree & 3 years' experience
- 1 years' experience in a marketing, advertising, or public relations position required (Healthcare related experience a plus)
- Demonstrable writing and editing skills required
- Advanced level expertise in Microsoft Office Suite required
- Valid driver license required with the ability to move between sites as needed (with mileage reimbursement)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
- Detail oriented with an organized mind-set
- Working knowledge of Photoshop and/or InDesign a plus
