In our time of Company growth, we are seeking Revenue Cycle Analyst.
Work Location: Bradenton, FL
As part of this role, you will:
- Diverse understanding of revenue cycle operations, including credentialing, provider enrollment, billing, collections, payment/adjustment posting, credit balance/refunds, statements, bad debt write-offs, collections processes, and reporting
- Performs financial analysis and records revenue recognition
- Makes recommendations relative to compliance concerns related to charging practices
- Analyzes and resolves specific billing edits/errors that are delaying claims for processing
What you need to bring to this role:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or statistics or 3 years' experience in finance analytics
- 1-2 years revenue cycle work preferred
- Extensive knowledge of revenue cycle data analysis and interpretation
- Proficiency in accounting, data analysis
- Intermediate to expert excel skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Superb analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Advanced time-management and organizational skills
