What are the responsibilities and job description for the DSP/Caregiver 10am-1pm position at MDH Network?
We are seeking highly motivated, dedicated individuals that have a passion to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
We consider all experience whether it’s working for another company in a Care-giving position OR Care-giving for a friend/family/acquaintance and/or volunteer work (whether paid or unpaid).
Days and hours scheduled: Mon: 10:00am-1:00pm Tues: OFF Wed: 10:00am-1:00pm Thurs: OFF Fri: OFF Sat: OFF Sun: OFF
Location: Escondido, CA
You will be working with a client who requires assistance with medical appointments, living arrangements, and employment. He is very high functioning and would like to move out on his own and find employment again.

- Support adults with developmental disabilities.
- Provide support in communication, problem solving, personal hygiene, etc.
- Provide transportation as needed.
- Support individuals with medical visits, and recreational activities.
- Promote independence and individual growth.
- Maintain clean, safe and home-like environment.
Partial Requirements:
· High School Diploma or GED.
· Valid CA Driver's License and current auto insurance.
· Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
· Able to successfully pass criminal background, medical screening and TB clearance checks.
· One year of care-giving experience, both paid and unpaid experience will be considered.
