Meadow Lake Resort is looking to add to our great team. Meadow Lake offers a mix of lodging including 24 hotel rooms and 114 Condo units totaling 194 total units across the property. The resort has much to offer our guests including an 18-hole golf course, onsite restaurant, multiple pools, and hot tubs along with a fitness center. Meadow Lake is looking to add team members to one of the premier properties in Northwest Montana.

This position has responsibilities in the following areas at Meadow Lake Resort
Front Desk
- Anticipate and handle any guest requests and satisfy their needs within acceptable guidelines.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of the budget to provide top quality customer service.
- Act as liaison between the General Manager, AGM, FD Manager and hourly staff.
- Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic information.
- Act as Manager on Duty, while GM and AGM are not at property
Bar & Grille
· Lead the F&B team to work collaboratively to achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment.
· Manage and develop direct reports towards individual growth and quality standards of excellence.
· Ensure consistent, thorough, and timely communication to subordinates, peers, managers, customer, and vendors.
· Understand and implement all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs.
· Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the property’s standards.
· Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with the restaurant’s accounting policies and procedures.
· Fill in where needed to ensure the guest experience is never compromised as a result of operational challenges.
· Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules in an organized and timely manner.
· Know, follow, and implement all policies and procedures regarding personnel and administer prompt, fair and consistent corrective action for all violations of company policies, rules, standards, and procedures.
· Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees, and guests.
· All other duties as assigned.
