Our team serves residential properties and focuses on the following core services. Lawn care to include fertilization and weed control, landscape enhancements, general pest control, mosquito control, irrigation maintenance/repair and holiday lighting. Schedule:

You must be able to work 40 hours per week Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. at our office in Carrollton. This is a full time year round position.

What Your Typical Day Will Look Like:

The following areas of responsibility represent what we need your help with. You will not be performing all of these every day or even every week. If the tasks below do not interest you please do not apply.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

-Act as an initial point of contact for clients and leads.

-Answer questions and follow up on questions or concerns clients/leads have.

-Provide direct and timely interaction with clients via phone, email, and online chat.

-Continuously monitor and respond to incoming email and chats in a timely manner.

-Assist with basic sales online, email and via phone.

-Assist with upsell campaigns and seasonal jobs.

-Assist clients with any issue regarding account status, billing, and subscription levels.

-Schedule appointments and sales calls with the appropriate resource.

-Assist with delivery of marketing pieces via mail and email.

-Help in the import of client information through conversion of data from other systems.

-Enter and maintain a log of all client interactions and issues. This includes all support email interactions, phone calls, chats and any other issue related to our clients.

-Monitor and interact with company social media platforms

-Monitor review sites

-Support and encourage your team in any way possible.

This also includes ensuring field staff are dispatched and directed to proper locations.

-Assist on special projects and any other tasks as necessary.

-Meet established performance goals.

COMPENSATION

$14.00 - $17.00/hour starting pay, if you have experience and can learn fast there is quick opportunity for pay raises.

Requirements:

1. Great attitude.

2. Proficient at typing.

3. Excellent phone skills.

4. Good computer skills.

5. Competency with Microsoft Office products.

6. Be organized.

7. Pay attention to details.

8. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

9. Effective written and verbal communication skills.

10. Ability to de-escalate and handle upset customers.

11. Experience doing research on the internet.

12. Willingness and ability to learn a new software system.

13. Knowledge on social media.

15. Have a valid drivers license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No nights

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay
