Concrete Finisher:
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team, specializing in finishing concrete for sidewalks, driveways, and streets. As a Concrete Finisher, you will also be involved in various other concrete projects as required. This position involves working outdoors and requires individuals with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
What Do You Offer Us:
- Knowledge and experience in concrete finishing, particularly for sidewalks, driveways, and streets.
- Flexibility to undertake other concrete projects as needed.
- Setting up forms to contain the concrete, as well as cleaning and leveling the surface on which the concrete will be poured.
- Installing rebar or mesh for added strength if required.
- Using various tools, such as trowels and floats, to smooth and level the surface of the concrete.
- Creating different textures or patterns on the surface as needed.
- Forming edges and joints in the concrete to enhance its appearance and control cracking.
- Ensuring that edges are straight and corners are well-defined.
- Applying curing compounds or sealers to promote proper curing and prevent cracks.
- Taking measures to protect the concrete surface from adverse weather conditions during the curing process.
- Patching and repairing damaged or uneven concrete surfaces.
- Blending repaired areas with the surrounding concrete to maintain a uniform appearance.
- Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment.
- Removing excess concrete and debris from the work area.
- Inspecting finished surfaces to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Addressing any defects or imperfections in the concrete.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Working in various weather conditions and terrain types commonly encountered in pipeline construction.
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods with repeated lifting (up to 100lbs.), kneeling, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
