Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the executive of marketing projects that achieve Marketing & Company goals. This role executes on and tracks various marketing projects as directed by the Senior Vice President of Field Marketing and works collaboratively across departments to support communication, efficiencies, and campaign execution. It has a particular focus on events oversight, social media, and public relations.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
The essential functions and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Campaign/Event Management:
- Manages events through activities such as conference panel submissions, speaker management, booth material coordination, and client relations
- Develops and maintains social media calendar, developing creative assets for review by SVP of Field Marketing and other stakeholders, and implementing
- Partners with SVP of Field Marketing to manage PR agency and post press releases
- Supports delivery of campaigns to drive lead generation
- Works with all members of the Field Marketing team to ensure critical paths, milestones, and all objectives are met on marketing projects
- Support leadership in the development and maintenance of project plans and schedules
- Work with Field Marketing Operations to ensure proper tracking of events and online activities
Branding & Communications:
- Support the delivery of press release development and execution
- Interface with external agencies to support in the branding and communications initiatives of the organization
- Interface with key media players to ensure proper coverage of Measurabl-related news
- Ensure all marketing activities are executed and help fill any gaps
Internal Support:
- Ensure Sales, Product, Customer Success, and People Operations teams have adequate collateral to meet their goals and needs
- Work with teams and individuals to mitigate conflicts and resolve issues as needed
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple, concurrent projects

- Ability to work independently, using direction/ guidance from manager
- Ability to use creative problem-solving techniques in response to time sensitive issues

- Preferably located in San Diego, CA
- 1-2 years of work experience as part of a marketing team
- Experience with tradeshows and event marketing
- Experience with social media for B2B business
- Experience with public relations for B2B business
- Experience supporting large scale marketing projects
- A combination of professional or educational experience (whether formal or informal) that affords you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities above

Compensation Range:
- $61,797 to $75,525 DOE
