Position: Onsite, Covid-19, Certified, Testing Support Staff (MA)
Location: New Jersey- Ocean County
Duration: Academic School Year 2021-22

We are seeking Onsite, Covid-19, Certified, Testing Support Staff (CNAs, MAs, EMTs, LPNs, RNs, Phlebotomists, etc.), specifically to build a team of 4 comprised of, Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Testers (CMA/MA/C.N.A/PBT) to provide COVID-19 testing services and oversight to one district within one of the New Jersey counties (Burlington/ Camden/ Gloucester / Salem / Ocean County). This team of testers will work in conjunction with partnering with school leaders, school-based staff, and students to support the design and implementation of the COVID-19 testing program. Teams will be comprised of 4 resource per group based on skill sets. Each team will be assigned and responsible fora school district for the duration of the academic school year. Testing will be Monday-Friday, based on a 40-hour work week with potential Overtime based on unique situations (i.e. potential weekend testing if there is an outbreak on a sports team)

- Burlington County (just east of Philly)
- Camden County (just southeast of Philly)
- Gloucester County (just South of Philly)
- Salem County (just South of Wilmington DE)
- Ocean County (East of Philly on the coast)
Essential Duties:
(Before testing per school)
· Communicate with the community to gather consent and appropriate messaging. This includes, but not limited to: webinars to districts/school staff, and for families, in addition to information portal for information via social media and districts website.
· Gather data on the number of student and staff population per building
· Monitor the testing consent rates
· Order testing supplies for the district and distribute appropriately to schools
· Determine the best resting model and protocol per school
· Plan for transporting samples to lab, coordinate the logistics in advance
· Set up software platform(s) to receive the test results
(Once testing begins)
· Oversee school site collections and monitor onsite operations/schedules
· Review reports and provide summaries to schools, district administration, community newsletter, etc.
· Ensure positive or invalid tests receive follow-up testing when appropriate
Additional Duties:
· Manage the receipt, distribution, and sample collection.
· Ensure assigned station is physically set-up and ready for operations; replenish and ready supplies for assigned collection stations
· Ensure specimen integrity by adhering to procedures for specimen handling and processing.
· Follow established policies and procedures for quality control performance and documentation.
· Respect and maintains the confidentiality of information.
· Support school leaders in tracking and filing COVID testing consent forms.
Minimum Qualifications
· Must be certified in a Medical Field (CNAs, MAs, EMTs, LPNs, RNs, Phlebotomists)
· Reliable transportation to and from sites
· Willing to service more than one school per day
· Basic computer skills
· Ability to follow detailed testing protocols consistently
· Strong customer service skills
· Ability to work collaboratively with City Schools staff, students, and families
· Comfortable working with students who need assistance with COVID test procedures
· Must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination
