Duties and Responsibilities
- Compile and prepare various papers and reports, and charts/presentations from raw data.
- Prepare letters, memos and messages (including email), miscellaneous forms, reports, briefings, and other documentation.
- Scan and alter documents and graphics.
- Update/maintain electronic and hardcopy libraries to include signatures, assigning document numbers, document version control, management of documents, etc.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, technical briefings, conferences, and special events, including arranging and setting up conference rooms, other facilities, and equipment, including videoconferencing, teleconferencing, Teams and Webex meetings.
- Assemble, analyze, design, and prepare presentation material, assist in setting up and running computer-generated presentations.
- Attend meetings, teleconferences, video conferences and maintain and report on actions as assigned.
- Keep the data clean as actions are processed by running reports to verify the data, research discrepancies and take corrective measures. Notify responsible parties of resolutions and actions taken.
- Act as a data administrator. Create and maintain databases, enter and retrieve data, analyze, create, and present reports from databases, monitor recordkeeping procedures for accuracy.
- Provide general administrative support as requested.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in the administrative and/or human resource support field including advanced knowledge in data processing fundamentals, business systems, office procedures and equipment obtained through experience. Knowledge can be obtained through an accredited college or university
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access).
- Ability to work independently with little guidance.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

If required, employees must be able to operate a motor vehicle which may require sitting for prolonged periods of time to visit other company sites. Must have hearing and speech to communicate in person, before groups, and over the telephone. Standing in work areas and walking between work areas may be required. This position may require an employee to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance, reach, push, and pull. The employee may also be required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

Salary : $53,500 - $67,800
