We are looking for a Junior Integrated Producer to work across a new global production account for a renowned automotive brand.
Based at our Hilversum HQ, this highly motivated individual will have a proven track record in dealing with a range of clients, production streams and talent. The role requires a deep understanding across moving images and the ability to work across multiple deliverables in a fast paced environment.
A professional attitude, creative flair and an unwavering commitment to quality are highly desirable. We require someone who can hit the ground running and bring their experience to the table in a rapidly evolving multi-studio set-up.
This role would suit someone with a strong background in Content Optimisation and Global Adaptation. Client-side production experience and familiarity with Transcreation methodology and process will be looked upon favourably.
Responsibilities
- Manage digital advertising projects from initial brief to final delivery. Stages include: creative development, design and production across a range of deliverables from standard and rich media banners across, desktop, mobile and tablet devices as well as email marketing and landing pages.
- Liaise with client-side production personnel and partner agencies to ensure the delivery of assets, production masters and project files.
- Ensure QC and tech process is followed upon receipt and supplied to necessary global production teams.
- Ensure all necessary campaign documents and fact sheets are supplied and talent and music usage logged correctly via internal systems.
- Provide production expertise and continually drive production best practice.
- Interpret client specifications and deliverables into solid briefs and produce detailed quotes and tenders.
- Take client briefs and liaise with production hubs to produce content on time and in budget.
- Liaise with and coordinate multiple third party suppliers.
- Be the first port of call for production expertise with both client and account teams.
- Develop a strong understanding of our client’s businesses and their communication objectives.
- Work closely with teams to push production boundaries, enhance our reputation and contribute to the development of long lasting client relationships.
- Attend weekly progress meetings and briefings where needed. Interrogate proposed budgets, agree estimates, assign responsibility, book resource, distribute feedback and manage project progress.
