UX Product Designer:
MediaMonks is seeking a UX Designer who can apply their skills in Information Architecture and
Interaction Design to ensure the experiences we create are functional, usable and accessible to
audiences. Depending on your interests and areas of expertise, you may also be called upon to flex
your skills in research, strategy and/or interface design.
- Deliver heuristic evaluations; competitive audits; user stories; UX maps; site maps;
- Work in tandem with creatives and strategists, and help concept ideas for new and
- Partner with the strategists to advocate for the user and business throughout the
- Communicate design ideas and concepts to internal stakeholders as well as client
- Assist with refining and improving internal UX and UI processes
- Run and/or support discovery research and participate in the development of design
- Deliver, or collaborate on, UI designs depending on your unique skill set
- 3 years experience working in UX/UI Design
- Skilled at advocating for the user and demonstrated ability to influence design teams
- Working experience of prototyping tools (e.g. Figma)
- Knowledgeable of digital trends
- Strong conceptualization and visual communication abilities
- Experience with user interface design patterns and standard user centered design
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of common website, app, and platform development practices
- Experience engaging clients face-to-face
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced agency environment
- Experience running user research, stakeholder design workshops, and testing is a plus
