What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing coordinator position at Mediabistro?

Serves as connection to director for advertising priorities / needs (traditional and digital).Serves as on-site representation for marketing and communications in meetings, as needed.
Create for physician group service line ads and collateral materials, including writing of patient testimonials.Develop and implement standardized content for physician group websites and consumer directed information.
Generates content for internal and external publications such as : press releases, collateral, social media, websites and advertising as needed.
Edit internal and external marketing and communications materials and ensuring of message and brand identity.Lead community engagement initiatives including planning and / or attending community events on behalf of the market including nights and weekends.
Supports the corporate office communication and marketing departments on additional projects and tasks as needed.Assists the marketing director and team in supervising key campaigns and conducting market research.
Collects data about the target demographics and analyzes market trends.Proactively identify opportunities to integrate communications and marketing strategies within company and hospital initiatives.
Regular and reliable attendance.Access to and / or work with sensitive and / or confidential information.Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements.
Ensures human resources policies and procedures are consistent with and support the facilities.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications :
Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or Public Relations-related field required. MBA in Marketing or related field preferred.
A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in healthcare and / or medical industry is preferred.
