About the role
The Marketing Specialist for the Non-Food EUM (End-Use-Market or Category) is a global marketing support role whose primary purpose is to manage the industry presence of the EUM.
The Non-Food EUM includes Pet, Animal Performance Solutions, Animal Health & Nutrition, Specialty Chemicals, Personal Care, and Home Care.
What will you do?
Planning and managing trade shows and industry conferences end-to-end.
Collaborating with key stakeholders and the MarComms team to drive digital communications, such as marketing launches, email campaigns, and social network engagement.
Creating Pet / Animal annual Taste Charts and Trends.
Working on specialty projects in Personal Care, Specialty Chemicals, and Home Care.
Supporting the non-food Marketing Manager on strategic priorities, customer engagements, value propositions, new product launches.
What will you need to be successful?
Minimum BS in Business / Marketing or related degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
Strong organizational skills.
Highly detail-oriented.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Excellent team and leadership skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally at all levels of the organization, engaging with internal teammates towards company goals.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent project streams, with a track record of getting things done to a high level of quality.
Travel could comprise up to 25% of this role.
Compensation Data
The typical hiring range for this role is $63,000 to $89,000 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc.
In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
