Description : Assist marketing specialist team in the placing of commercial accounts for small / large commercial business.
Working with Marketing Managers to support sales opportunities and drive growth.Provide prompt and efficient assistance according to agency procedures and guidelines in completion of administrative functions with marketing specialist team.
Work in conjunction with marketing specialist team to prepare, put to market small / large business accounts. Working closely with the sales department and marketing specialist in obtaining and completing various commercial lines applications, supplementals and requested documents.
Follow all agency workflows and procedures as directed, utilization of task management system for ultimate efficiency.Obtain P & C license within one year of employment.
Build and maintain a favorable and professional work relationship with other staff members.Adhere to established employee manual policies and guidelines.
Adhere to workflow procedures and follow guidelines to reduce the risk of E&O claims.Promptly report all E&O claims or potential E&O claims.
Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff, and agency information.Perform other duties and projects as assigned.Requirements :
College degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.Agency or company background in commercial insurance underwriting.
Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.Experience with Vertafore a plus.Appropriate state insurance licenses and continuing education required.
Works effectively and relates well with others including superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the company in a professional manner.

The starting salary is $19.24 per hour.
