Job Description
Ensuring media is received from the client, renamed, and loaded to the media site
Responding to firm inquiries in a timely manner as relates to media issues
Processing daily and weekly client runs and ensuring they are sent to the client within the required timeframe.
Maintaining data to ensure all required media is requested within a timely manner
Properly notating all account level issues in internal system
Verifying spreadsheet data and data within legal documents
The Media Specialist acts as a point of contact between our clients and firms as well as ensuring all necessary documents are provided to the firms to ensure the legal process is not hindered.
The primary task is to ensure media is provided to the firms through our media management site. Additionally, the Media Specialist is responsible for following up with clients regarding firm inquiries.
Pay Rate : $20-$22 / hr

Skills and Requirements
1-2 years of exp in a process-oriented, data entry, environment.
Intermeridate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Associates degree
Pivot Tables, V-lookup, graphs null
