What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team leader position at Mediabistro?
The Branch Team Leader is responsible for leading the day to day sales and client service aspects of the branch. Branch Team Leaders take ownership of client service problems and ultimate resolution.
Branch Team Leaders consistently lead by example and work closely with Branch Management to ensure Branch objectives are achieved.
In conjunction with the Branch Manager, the Branch Team Leader is responsible for coaching the Universal Banker team; to include observational and on the spot coaching.
Manage relationships within the branch and deliver superior quality service in-person or by phone. Support all daily operations of the branch, including timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and thorough proper handling of all monies assigned.
Education & Experience :
High School diploma or equivalent. 3 years of sales, and service and operational experience in Banking. Notary preferred.
Salary Range : $49k - $58k
