Position Overview:

Responsible for all aspects of processing a commercial schedule contract by providing data entry functions.  Manages all sold inventory, preventing billing losses and facilitates communication with sales department regarding clients’ commercial schedule.

Position Responsibilities:

• Enter orders and revisions to orders, including advertising copy instructions.
• Check and correct schedule placement of advertising spots.
• Perform verification/reconciliation of all advertising spots.
• Prepare make good/preemption notification forms and ensures timely delivery.
• Perform research on advertising spots missed.
• Generate invoices and balance reports, prepare documentation for balancing (credit sheets).
• Assist in the performance of month-end procedures and distribution of reports.  Perform month-close update procedures.
• Assist with paper invoicing process including mailing.
• Assist in the analysis and preparation of post-billing adjustments.
• Ensure proper maintenance of all audit trials.
• Assist in maintenance of Master Client files.
• Handle billing inquiries from Account Executives and clients.
• Requires regular attendance to report to work per assigned work schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent typing and computer skills, including Windows based programs. 
• One to two years detailed data entry experience. 
• Working knowledge of advertising is a plus. 
• Strong knowledge of office and clerical routines. 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. 
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment. 
• Ability to work independently. 
• Ability to perform all the duties and responsibilities as described.
