Durable Medical Equipment provider, specializing in diabetic footwear, and orthotics. We are seeking a professional to fill this Customer Service Representative Position, which would provide support in answering the phones on a daily basis and entering orders and talking with and assisting the customers as they enter our location and misc. office duties up an including filing.

Must be flexible and ability to multi task, problem solve and provide accurate information to accounts via phone an email.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be engaging on the phone and in person (ability to engage strangers quickly and confidently).
Must have a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness to customers and staff.
Must have ability to work in a fast paced environment
Must have great attention to detail.
Must have strong work ethic with high energy.
Must be motivated to succeed.
Must be professional in appearance and personal hygiene.
