Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Call Agent at Medically Modern Inc, located in Manhattan, NY. As a Call Agent, you will be responsible for calling our network of doctors offices to collect information required to serve our patients in managing their diabetes care. This includes collecting the doctor's office fax information, checking on the status of the fax, answering questions, resolving issues, and processing orders. You will also coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
Qualifications

- Strong customer service skills
- Empathy and sensitivity in dealing with individuals managing diabetes
- Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
