What You'll Do
As a Retail Sales Manager, you will be a key member of our growing team. You will use your excellent prioritization and organizational skills to help MCG's expansion. Your responsibilities will include all aspects of consumer sales, from building the team, through enrollment, to ensuring beneficiary satisfaction and retention.
You will have primary accountability for ensuring that each Medicare Advisor has the skills and resources needed to enroll beneficiaries in an efficient and customer-centric manner. You will help set a team culture where each Advisor thrives. If you do not already have Medicare experience, you are eager to learn and grow your expertise in the space.
