We are headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and operating in a hybrid context.

What You'll Do

As a Retail Sales Manager, you will be a key member of our growing team. You will use your excellent prioritization and organizational skills to help MCG's expansion. Your responsibilities will include all aspects of consumer sales, from building the team, through enrollment, to ensuring beneficiary satisfaction and retention.

You will have primary accountability for ensuring that each Medicare Advisor has the skills and resources needed to enroll beneficiaries in an efficient and customer-centric manner. You will help set a team culture where each Advisor thrives. If you do not already have Medicare experience, you are eager to learn and grow your expertise in the space.

In this role, you will:

• Play an active role in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding Advisors
• Help design and manage incentive compensation for each Advisor
• Develop and lead a training program for Advisors to onboard them effectively
• Manage Advisors' assignments, workload, and performance, including implementing corrective actions as needed
• Coordinate regularly with leadership team to meet business objectives
• Communicate and coordinate with external partners, including Professional Employer Organizations, brokers, carriers, and employer groups
• Lead engaging educational webinars with potential beneficiaries
• Develop strategy for and monitor beneficiary member retention
• Maintain consistent licensure, appointment, and ready-to-sell status for Medicare

What We're Looking For:

• 1-3 years leading sales teams
• Experience within group benefits, specifically Medicare or Individual Health, strongly preferred
• Experience with Salesforce and SunFire strongly preferred
• Attention to detail
• Independent, self-starting attitude
