Sales Operations Coordinator

Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for providing full-scale support to the Medicare Sales team in Michigan. The Sales Operations Coordinator will provide thorough and decisive administrative sales support including data collection and compilation. This role requires a passionate sales support professional with an eye for detail and an unrelenting drive for results. This role works independently and as part of a team within Sales and cross-functionally with Marketing to ensure sales objectives are achieved.

The Sales Operations Coordinator works both in-office, remote, and requires some on-site work at various Henry Ford Health System locations throughout Michigan.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide full-scale administrative sales support to Sales team
  • Proactive CRM activity including pipeline management and support
  • Occasionally set up/stock sales on-site Kiosks at locations in Michigan
  • Assist with managing schedules of all sales team members
  • Weekly 1:1 with each team member
  • Assist Direct Sales Agents with execution of direct customer transactions
  • Facilitate new agent onboarding
  • Assist with communication between sales team and all internal stakeholders to ensure optimal results are achieved
  • Administration and communication of all actions related to sales programs performance tracking and sales operations development
  • Maintain accurate and timely inventory of sales kiosk items
  • Team event scheduling and travel arrangements as needed
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • High school degree required, Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent preferred
  • 4 years progressive administrative experience in a sales or marketing environment preferred
  • Insurance background a plus
  • Superior written and verbal communications skills including timely and detailed follow-up
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate closely with multiple departments, directors, staff
  • Ability to use resources effectively to generate solutions; take initiative when resolving problems
  • Ability to respond effectively to multiple priorities and execute quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales drive and results focused
  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer/scanner, copiers, etc.)
  • This position requires the ability to travel up to 10% of the time. A valid driver’s license is required
  • Highly skilled with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, and Word
  • Knowledgeable with Adobe Photoshop
  • Working knowledge and/or experience using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
