Medicomp manufactures and sells ambulatory cardiac monitoring devices: short and long term holter monitoring, wireless event monitoring, and mobile cardiac telemetry. We employ a patented and highly sophisticated algorithm which allows us to differentiate ourselves from the competition. In addition, we have state of the art reporting formats with many unique features that provide control to the physicians while treating patients. We are looking for someone to cover the market to help educate customers on how Medicomp can help both their organization and the patients they serve.
Medicomp is a successful, profitable, and growing cardiac monitoring company specializing in electrophysiology diagnostics with a 40-year history of innovation and superior technology. Last year we helped over 100,000 patients in over 12 countries and have multiplied our business fivefold over the last 10 years. We operate four cardiac monitoring centers in Melbourne, FL, Burtonsville, MD and Walnut Creek, CA. We pride ourselves in accomplishing what others consider impossible.
Geography:
This position will cover territories in VT, NH, CT, ME, and RI.
Responsibilities:
- Sell, Sell, Sell
- Meet or exceed annual revenue/volume targets. – who doesn’t want those commission checks every month. I mean we give you a base salary but you are driven by money.
- Develop an annual business plan with quarterly revisions to ensure proper targeting, strategy, and tactics. Everyone has a checklist to keep on track, right?
- Develop/enhance relationships in accounts as well as internally to grow market share while resolving any service issues to ensure customers’ complete satisfaction. The more people like you the more you can make.
- Religiously maintain Salesforce.com (don’t worry, we’ll show you!) with call notes as well as detailed account profiles and interactions. Easy Peasy you are the tech generation.
- Update management and marketing on industry trends, product advancements, & customer needs. You know stuff you heard while out on the road.
Required Background:
- Ability to have 1-2 overnights per week when needed
- A four (4) year degree or valuable work experience
- Active Non-Compete Agreements with competitive companies must not be in force.
- Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency
- Ability and willingness to learn
- Must be capable of learning and understanding how to navigate a medical environment such as a physician office, clinic, or hospital.
- Able to work and succeed independently without direct daily supervision.
