Salary: $100,000/yr-$120,000/yr Bonus Potential
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
City: Emeryville, CA
- Supervise 20 staff members, assist up to 10 different Doctors
- Ability to coach, mentor, and provide corrective action plans to all staff members
- Clinic operations knowledge, along with other administrative functions are essential
- Performance management of staff: interviewing, hiring, annual reviews, discipline, and termination
Job Requirements:
- 5 years of Medical Clinic, Hospital or Office experience
- High School Diploma is required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Oncology, Hematology, or General Surgery experience is highly desired
