Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Field Test Collector to join our team. The Collector will be responsible for new patient intake and collecting of test kits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively.
Duties:
- Make contact with patients to deliver and collect flu and covid-19 test kits
- Review patient accounts for return visits
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer service issues or discrepancies
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience in customer service, sales or related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with medical testing preferred
