What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrician position at Medix Group?

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Electrician to join our team. The right candidate will be responsible for installing and repairing electrical wiring on a daily basis, and will have experience with residential, commercial or industrial wiring. The ideal candidate will be highly efficient, detail oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Responsibilities:

Understand the National Electrical Code.
Know all of the components of wiring systems and how they work together.
Be able to read drawings and schematics for electricity systems.
Be familiar with the types of tools and materials used for electrical installations.
Work alone or as part of a team to install electrical systems.
Install electrical panels and light fixtures.
Enter buildings safely, by planning an itinerary and securing access points, to avoid breaking locks or damaging doors.
Provide safe electrical systems by following all safety regulations and ensuring tools are kept in good working order.
Communicate clearly with all parties involved in any task to ensure that work is done in a timely manner.
Be able to follow instructions, including written instructions and work orders regarding tasks to be performed.
Tools and Vehicle are a plus
