Job Title – Administrative Clerk

Pay Rate - $18.25/Hr
Hours – 8-5 PM PST (DURING TRAINING) - After training it can be: 8:5 PST, 6-3 PST. or 10-7 PST
Contract Type – 6 months Potential to Extend
Vaccine Requirement –Vaccine and booster required
Responsibilities:
- Operate office equipment such as computer, keyboard, mouse, ten key, telephone, headset, copy machine, scanner, and letter opening machine.
- Attend and participate in meetings via phone, computer, or in person.
- Document receipt of mail/packages and deliver accordingly.
- Sort and document daily incoming mail and prepare documents for scanning.
- Assist with printing, inserting, stamping, and mailing letters.
Requirements
- High School graduate/GED
- 1 years of admin/clerical experience (DE, scanning, mailing)
- MS Word, Excel, and Outlook knowledge are required.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
