In this exciting role as a Business Process Improvement Program Manager, you will have responsibility for leading Global Quality Strategic Programs as well as be a part of a great team that develops the tools and shapes the governance processes for Program Management across Core Quality Services and Global Quality.

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Leads initiatives as an individual contributor, including initiating projects and programs, assembling and maintaining project teams, developing project plans/budget, driving cross functional decision making and controlling project execution to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Manage Program and Project Teams to optimize objectives and return-on-investments for Global Quality process improvement initiatives. Performs cost and benefit analyses (ROI, NPV, etc...).
• Utilizes effective project management techniques to independently execute on project deliverables. This includes managing scope, schedule, risk and budget according to changes that occur during the project or program. 
• Applies and demonstrates strong leadership that results in a collaborative culture using clear, credible, objective and proactive communications and stakeholder management, including communication with Global Quality leadership.  
• Matures program management tools and governance processes in accordance with PMBOK.  Delivers and Develops training courses on the governance process and project management tools.
• Communicates team progress and escalates issues or new risks as well as team wins and celebrations.
• Manages risks within the project or program including identification and mitigation actions and resulting forecast of the impact on schedule, budget, scope, and results.
• Performs all activities in compliance with the Quality System; Performs duties in compliance with environmental, health and safety related site rules, policies or governmental regulations.
• Travel requirement: Less than 10%
