This role will be responsible to develop, advocate and enable the tools and methodologies to drive Medtronic process excellence throughout the Mystic, CT manufacturing facility. These tools may include, but are not limited to, Lean, Six Sigma, Project Management and other Improvement techniques.
The Mystic facility supports manufacturing for surgical devices used in Medtronic's Diabetes and ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat) Operating Units.
The Diabetes Operating Unit focuses on improving the lives of those within the global diabetes community. The Ear, Nose, and Throat Operating Unit is a global leader and trusted partner for innovative ENT solutions that improve patient access, outcomes, and customer satisfaction.
