What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physician position at MedTruly?
MedTruly is looking for a family medicine or internal medicine physician to serve a well established primary care practice in the Anacortes, Washington area. The candidate must be highly motivated to see geriatric patients and be well versed in telemedicine. This position is full-time and involves seeing patients in-person as well as participating in telehealth and virtual care for our patients around the state of Washington. MedTruly is an organization that treats patients with chronic conditions. We rely on state of the art technology to reach out to patients throughout each of the twelve current states we are in. We specialize in remote patient monitoring through medical devices that record and send vitals to our web based platform, as well as in person visits. We have a team of clinicians that look after our patients and offer lifestyle modifications and clinical judgement to deliver quality clinical care.
You Will
- Be the lead onsite clinician
- Make clinical assessments with the support of MedTruly's resources and decision making software.
- Lead shared decision-making discussions via in office and/or our telemedicine platform using integrated video visits and chat-based communications.
- Activate patient-centered treatment plans with the support of the MedTruly's care team.

- A caring, compassionate individual who enjoys helping others and providing a positive care experience.
- Flexible and interested in working in start up and conventional in office hybrid environment with frequent change / product improvements, and extremely comfortable using new technology and software.
Minimum Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Internal Medicine or Family Medicine certified or eligible
- Clinical experience in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Preferred Qualifications
- Outpatient primary care experience
- Chronic Condition Management experience
- Availability to work daytime shifts
