As our Digital Asset Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in the merchandising of our brand on etail and online retail partner websites. As part of the Marketing Communications team, you’ll help to build a seamless new process to support the upkeep of content and creative according to our growing online distribution needs. In collaboration with the Brand, Sales & Regulatory teams you’ll audit retailer sites, upload assets and gain approvals from regulatory. You’ll need to have familiarity with online retail, feel comfortable having conversations with key stakeholders, and be organized enough to multi-task. We’ll count on you to ensure our brand standards are adhered to for all online retailers.




  • Audit all MegaFood etail, and retail accounts with an online presence, for the correct brand and product content and creative
  • Develop and manage the etail merchandising process including disseminating changes in content and/or creative, as well as new product launches
  • Own the asset management system processes with 3rd party providers such as Syndigo or Salsify for retailer partners such as Target, Walgreens, BJs etc.
  • Support the ongoing optimization of content and creative on our etail accounts
  • Support new product launches, relaunches, and line extensions by providing key stakeholders with approved content and creative
  • Liaise with Brand, Regulatory and Sales teams to ensure an effective cascade of communication
  • Support the Sales team with project management and administrative tasks
  • Schedule meetings, create agendas, take meeting notes and develop actionable next steps to keep projects moving
  • Seek out opportunities to improve processes and methods to work smarter and deliver results



  • Familiarity with marketing or digital merchandising
  • Familiarity with online shopping or retail environments
  • Strong computer skills, including Google suite, Microsoft Office suite & Zoom
  • Background with CPG and/or nutritional supplements or natural industry a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence, negotiate, align and establish trust within team, across peer groups and external partners
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines within specified time constraints
  • Strong sense of self-motivation as well as service and support orientation
  • Execution oriented, extremely well organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
  • Enthusiastic and positive team player who is also able to support and/or demonstrate the MegaFood mission, values and ideals, as well
  • Ability to take analysis into action, execute to timelines and provide timely solutions



Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field is preferred - or equivalent work experience.
