We are seeking a Client Representative to join our team and assist in all areas of our business including HR. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the inside sales team while acting as a liaison for our client. Additional responsibilities can range from working with HR in client success, compliance, and scheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Inside sales
- Train and evaluate peers (with the help of HR)
- Leading our sales team on training and other various tasks
- Coordinating with our client for needs
- Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
- Sales order tracking
- Hands-on learning regarding the psychology of sales and consumerism
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Some college coursework completed preferred
- Reliable transportation - most of our locations are not available via public transportation
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
