Position Summary:
Meison is seeking an experienced Sales Assistant who will be responsible for supporting the flow of Meison’s business with retailers including the company’s New York showroom and office. As a Sales Assistant, you will act as a liaison by providing information regarding our brands and resolve any emerging issues that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
B2B Responsibilities:
- Netsuite CRM Management for Boutique Retail Accounts
- New Account Prospecting supporting the Sales Team
- Market Research
- Sales Report Creation and Analysis
- Assist with Daily Functions associated with Account Service
- Order Processing and Client Service
- Working at seasonal markets with travel of approximately 15%
- Provide Administrative support for Sales team
Administrative Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate party
- Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary in the Meison New York Showroom/Design Studio
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Managing inventory of samples in the New York Showroom/Design Studio
- Manage and nurture Vendor relationships for the New York Showroom/Design Studio
Experience and Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience working for wholesale fashion apparel business in a showroom and or office with both key accounts (dept stores, specialty chains, ecommerce) and boutique stores.
- Excellent communication
- High Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word as well as Google sheets, Google slides and Google docs
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- NetSuite experience is a plus
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
