MEISON is a collection of high-end and luxury women’s apparel brands including Jones New York, Misook, Ming Wang, Masai Copenhagen, and Kasper. We focus on elevated, timeless workwear and fashions that are easy to mix-and-match and designed to help build an effortless and reusable wardrobe. Position Summary:
Meison is looking for an entry-level Wholesale Coordinator to support our retail operations, including the Southlake showroom. You will manage drop-ship operations, inventory planning, and order fulfillment while serving as a key liaison between the company and customer accounts. Additionally, you’ll support new product launches, social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and Go-to-Market materials. This role requires attention to detail and a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Own Drop-Ship
- Support Drop-Ship inventory planning, management and accounts
- Collaborate with logistics department on order and delivery execution
- Assist with timely launch of new products across retail partners, including drop-ship set up timelines and buy sheet transmission
- Gather and organize comprehensive product information, including features, sizing, and fit details
- Oversee current contractors to ensure accuracy of information prior to submitting to retail partners
- Marketing
- Work closely with Digital Advertising team on social campaigns
- Support with Influencer Collaboration and Engagement for retail partners
- Collaborate with Brand Specialist on overall brand strategy and seasonal planning
- Own Go to Market Needs by creating line sheets, look books and binders for market appointments.
- Own overall B2B Marketing Strategy with cohesive planning, communication and execution across all channels
- Execute on B2B Deliverables with images for online marketing needs and Eblasts
- Additional B2B Responsibilities:
- Market Research
- Sales Report Creation and Analysis
- Assist with Daily Functions associated with Account Service
- Provide Administrative support for Sales team
- Support Product Development and Merchant Input for retailers needs
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Apparel, Merchandising, Digital Marketing, Marketing or equivalent
- Excellent communication
- High Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word as well as Google sheets, Google slides and Google docs
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Capable and driven to quickly learn new technologies and continually improve current skill set

Salary : $45,000 - $48,000
