SUMMARY
A large, established Pittsburgh based services company is looking for a Group Administrator to join their team and growing company. This position is vital to the success of the company and performs support functions including collection of labor time, expenses, invoicing, and flow of the sales offices.
This is a Hybrid position after training (3 months) and be both in office and at home.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintain vital information to billable employees including the input of Time and Expenses
- Provide training to field employees on procedures
- Constant interaction with field employees regarding company processes
- Human Resources functions include managing the base of field employees, submitting payroll status changes, issue of on-boarding documentation
- Generate statistical reports for managers of field employees
- Work with other internal groups including payroll, billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable
REQUIREMENTS
- Extremely detail oriented with excellent and proven data entry skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of management and offer potential solutions
- Advanced Microsoft office skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Associates degree in accounting, Business or HR a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
