TITLE:                                     

IT Analysts

DUTIES:

Under supervision of the IT Manager, perform the following job duties: Gather requirements for approved projects from user departments by working with subject matter experts, business and executive sponsors; Document and propose potential and appropriate business solutions to satisfy needs and requirements; Maintain business documentation for business rules and processes as part of the governance process; Operate within guidelines and process of the project development and software development lifecycles; Coordinate & attend meetings between various groups to establish requirements; Work in business functions and environment; Write and review requirements with project team; Review planned work with assigned technical lead to ensure planned solution will meet business needs; Review test plan with QA engineer to ensure that when properly executed the delivered product will be high quality; Train business sponsor group on using the finished product; Assist and support business unit in testing and user acceptance; Create and review change requests for validity and implications and impact on the project and business processes; Gather, triage, and resolve regression and remediation work; Transition project from closing into maintenance including updating any documentation and identifying future work that should be done; Improve & enhance solution; Deliver results based on time constraints in rapidly changing environments; Technology used involves: Programming Languages: HTML, CSS, JS, Python; Databases: SQL, Standard SQL, Big-query; CMS: WordPress, Sitecore, Sitefinity; Tagging Technologies: Google Tag Manager, Adobe DTM, Tealium; Visualization Tools: Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI; Business Tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word; Other Tools: SEO, SEM & SMM; May perform some or all of above tasks depending on scope of each project assignment; Position based in Idaho Falls, Idaho; Tele-working option currently available for this position; Please contact Employer for complete and most recent teleworking policy details.

REQUIREMENTS:                      

Applicants need to have a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equiv.) in Computer Science or any IT related field, any Engineering / Technology field, or related and 5 years progressive post Baccalaureate experience in large scale analytics implementations, including 2 years experience in the technologies identified.
