What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Entry Customer Service. position at Meliora?
We are currently hiring for a Data Entry Customer Service. You need to collect a customer’s name, address, phone number, or other information to verify her identity or account. You may also collect information to set up information about a new customer and provide her with pricing, product, shipment, and distribution information. You may also need to document information about your customer interaction, including leaving notes for the next customer service representative who speaks with the customer.
Responsibilities:
- Review 40-60 work orders, review and analyze field reports, and make updates to work orders accordingly.
- Analysis and manipulation of multiple data sources utilizing Excel; will require use of VLOOKUP, PIVOT Table, and advanced filtering and sorting techniques.
- Generation of template files and downloading and pre-processing of multiple datasets in Excel.
- Send manager weekly progress report on closed work orders
- Other responsibilities may be assigned with time.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft office suite/Outlook
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail

Salary: $39,360.00 - $42,646.00 per year
