INTRODUCTION
This position is located in Greenbelt, MD at NASA Goddard Space Center
The core working hours are 7am - 4pm, Monday - Friday
Starting rate of pay is $20.10 per hour
Valid driver's license and clean driving record are required for this position
This position requires that the employee must successfully complete criminal history information background check and drug screening and be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sweeps and mops hallways, stairs and offices.
2. Empties tenants' waste baskets and dispose the trash in prescribed manner
3. Dusts horizontal surfaces
4. Clean bathrooms
5. Strip, waxes and buffs floors
6. Cleans glass and windows
7. Washes walls and other vertical surfaces
8. Performs snow removal if required by contract specifications
9. Polishes kick panels, door knobs and other designated fixtures
10. Vacuum rugs
11. Supervises activities of assigned workers on a temporary basis while performing own work
12. Assumes responsibility of crew during the absence of the foreman
