Member Experience Specialist – This position is responsible for Member Solutions and Lending Solutions for our members. You will interview new members for eligibility and prepare necessary documents for personal memberships. May also interview members for consumer loans, CU Student Choice Loans, and Visa Opens, maintains, and closes membership, checking, sub share, and CD accounts for members as well as assisting the lending and member solutions teams as needed. Requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent and 1 to 3 years of prior experience. Location: Olde Creek branch.
