MEMCO SER is currently looking for a laborer park maintenance personnel in downtown Houston!
The Park Maintenance Laborer will perform a variety of tasks to ensure the upkeep of park facilities and grounds. The ideal candidate is hardworking, reliable, and enjoys working outdoors.
Responsibilities Include:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including trimming, and some landscaping.
- Clean and maintain park facilities, including restrooms, picnic areas, and playgrounds.
- Assist with the installation and repair of park equipment and structures.
- Collect litter and debris from park grounds to maintain cleanliness.
- Monitor park conditions and report any safety hazards or maintenance needs.
- Support special events and community activities as needed.
- Previous experience in landscaping, maintenance, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
