Vaccination for COVID-19 and Influenza (flu) is mandatory for all MSK staff. Staff are considered fully vaccinated upon completion of a primary vaccination series for COVID-19 (i.e., one dose of a single dose vaccine or a final dose of a multi-dose vaccine series). Exceptions from the COVID-19 and Influenza (flu) vaccine requirements are permitted for those who request and receive an approved medical, religious, or fully remote exemption. Requests for exemption can take up to two weeks to review. Vaccination or an approved exemption is required to start work.

You Are:
- Collaborative and comfortable working as part of a team
- A critical thinker with strong understanding of complex key financial metrics
- Self-starter that takes initiative in managing multiple projects independently
- Solution oriented and exercise sound judgment to solve problems within the scope of the position
You will:
- Responsible for day to day management of the Revenue Cycle Department
- Assess current practices and procedures and make recommendations for improvements
- Coordinate financial operations by fielding questions from MSK divisions, updating policies and procedures, ad hoc requests, and assisting in implementation of new processes
- Prepare analysis and interpretation of financial results with regards to financial statements, business plans, variance analysis, recruitment and others as needed to facilitate decision making
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate measures and evaluate financial process and financial performance improvement initiatives
You Need:
- 5-7 years of supervisory experience in a health care setting or equivalent
- Prior knowledge/experience in managing a large-scale project/implementation with a focus on both the operation and people aspect
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Prior Epic experience in a healthcare environment preferred
Location: 90% remote flexibility. Expected to be at NYC for important in-person meetings and other collaboration needs.
