Human Resources Associate support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and creating offers. Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including orientation and paperwork completion. Handle employee concerns and complaints. Answer employee's HR-related questions for all shifts. Establish and maintain a high level of employee interaction and focus to identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to solve issues. ensure the company is compliant with recruitment local, state, and federal laws. Generate communication offer letters. Track recruiting programs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Track associate referral, retention, and sign on bonus programs. Respond to reference checks and verification of employment status and drug screen, health confirmation and background check. Assist in compliance and internal audits (I-9) and internal forms (PTF and state of TN jobs). Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Qualification Requirements: To perform the Human Resources Associate role, you must: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources - Business Administration or related field no experience required. Associate's degree in Human Resources - Business Administration or related field with six (6) years of experience in Compensation, Human Resources or Payroll. High School Diploma with (8) years of experience in Compensation, Human Resources or Payroll. Basic knowledge and application of principles, practices, and procedures of Talent Acquisition. Must have a valid driver's license from state of residence. Physical Working Conditions: Work in the office the majority of the time under good conditions. Requires sedentary work involving standing or walking for brief periods, exerting up to 20 pounds of force on a regular basis; and some dexterity in operating office equipment.Low Voltage Technician
