FULL-TIME CALL CENTER
EVENINGS AND WEEKEND HOURS NEEDED
DESCRIPTION:
The Menards Store Support Team Member, works directly with our Stores and Customers.
The Store Support Team Member is directly responsible for answering phone calls for our Customers and assisting our stores through sales and remote viewing.
CALL CENTER CUSTOMER SERVICE:
The Menards Store Support Team Member supports sales by selling products and services, providing pricing information, answering Customer questions, and closing sales (e.g. phone & email).
VIDEO VIEWING ANALYST:
The Menards Store Support Team Member reviews video for all the Menards stores. The goal is to ensure our stores are safe and focused on Customer experience. Menards service and productivity are a priority, and the role of a Menards Store Support Team Member is to ensure that does not change!
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be able to work every other weekend
• An extra $3.00 per hour premium is paid for every weekend hour worked.
