Community Engagement Director/Business Development
Mendota Health believes that everyone deserves access the highest quality of care. Our goal is to improve and save lives while becoming the largest and most accessible wound care clinic in the U.S. Our team of Nurse Practitioners bring advanced wound treatment to patients in the comfort of their home setting. We are a mobile wound clinic.
Our CEDs will serve in a business development/sales capacity to help lead business relationships, drive patient referrals and awareness of Mendota Health. We offer full-time employment with full-time pay and benefits! People in the healthcare, homecare, and/or senior housing are especially fantastic, but NOT required. We are simply looking for great people with great attitudes, willing to work and lead a new market.
Responsibilities:
- Do good things for other people
- Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development and growth strategy for assigned territory
- Complete regular market research
- Attend and participate in educational programs and networking/sales conferences
- Effectively communicate with both internal and external partners
- Build strong relationships with business and care partners
- Develop sales strategies to drive new business and sustain existing business
- Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors, etc.
· Create quarterly strategic business plans to cultivate and drive business and best practices for market success
Qualifications:
- Awesome attitude
- 3-5 years’ experience in sales and/or business development- senior environment preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, people first organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Self-starter, team player, critical thinker, and problem solver
- Microsoft office and CRM experience preferred
- Excellent command of MS Office and CRM software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
