Facilities Operations Manager:
We are seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at The Weils! This position is responsible for addressing day to day building and grounds maintenance needs and maintaining campus preventative maintenance programs. This role ensures all maintenance work is completed in a timely manner and in compliance with necessary codes and regulations. This management position reports to the Administrator.

Essential Qualifications:::
    • Valid Ohio Driver’s License
    • 3 years minimum experience in general building maintenance
    • Ability to read blueprints
    • Knowledge of construction trades and building codes
    • Knowledge of life safety codes
    • Ability to establish accurate quotations for capital projects
    • Ability to prioritize work orders and problem solve
    • Experience in developing policies and procedures related to operations
    • Experience with using hand and power tools properly
    • Ability positively interact with senior living clients
