This job is located in OKC, OK.
This position works under the Mental Health Consultant Supervisor and will be responsible for case consultation regarding infants, children, youth, and families involved with Oklahoma Department of Human Services, Child Welfare System. The incumbent for this position will provide support and make recommendations to child welfare staff for the purpose of positively impacting the social, mental and emotional well-being of children in state’s custody.

- FLSA Status: Exempt
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Master’s degree in psychology, social work, guidance and counseling, or closely related behavioral science field and three years of professional experience. Incumbent must possess a license as a LPC, LCSW, and LADC, LMFT or similar license in the behavioral health field.
Special Requirements:
The individual selected for this position must be willing to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with position.

About us:
Within the STARS Division, our employees help support community providers who are providing substance abuse and mental health services to all Oklahomans, including children, youth, and families across the state. We do this through ongoing training, support, and technical assistance for our contracted and state-operated providers, juvenile drug courts, family drug courts, and other community providers. Additionally, ODMHSAS serves as the state authority on behavioral health policy and administrative rules, as well as administering Oklahoma’s Behavioral Health Medicaid program.
