The Child Outpatient Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the delivery of outpatient mental health services to children and adolescents within a clinical setting. Duties:
- Provide direct supervision, guidance, and support to a team of child and adolescent therapists
- Review and approve treatment plans, assessments, and progress notes to ensure clinical quality and compliance with regulations.
- Participate in supervision sessions and multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and treatment plans.
- Complete oversight of daily operations including managing, hiring, employee counseling/disciplinary, and performance evaluations.
