The Case Aid is responsible for assisting care coordinators with administrative activities related to care coordination services.
Daily responsibilities include processing paperwork, faxing, data entry, internal and external customer telephonic customer interface, maintaining case files, updating information, interviewing clients, collecting relevant information, and additional opportunities as assigned.
This position is vital to providing essential support to the Care Coordination team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities :
- Work with the care coordination team and assist them in any administrative capacity that does not involve client contact.
- Assist with data entry and creating, printing, and maintaining mailing documents, case preparation and filing of relevant materials.
- Assist with providing vendor contact scheduling services and referrals.
- Assist case managers with obtaining forms and information from providers.
- Communicate with providers, staff members, other customer service representatives, health plans county, and state entities via secure email, phone, and websites.
- Maintain program records, information, and forms.
- Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to faxing, answering phones, emailing, using a copier and postage.
Minimum Education and Experience :
High school diploma or GED, and one year administrative / office support experience or combination of equivalent experience and training.
