House managers are responsible for the complete operation of a living unit and the IDD individuals who reside there. Are responsible for developing and implementing all facets of home life, as close to a normal family unit as possible. Responsible for the supervision and evaluation of staff and the directing on ongoing daily activities and enforcement of all policies and procedures.

- 2 years of supervisory experience of IDD/mental health and/or behavioral health in a residential or group home setting
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid Driver's License is required
- Must be at least 21 years old or older
- Proficient Computer Skills (Microsoft 365 or later)
- Knowledge of 6400 regulations
- Proficient in scheduling staff
