Nurses working in our community group homes will provide oversight of medical care for 4-6 individuals per home during their shift. Nurse will travel between homes as needed. Nurses will work with the direct care staff in ensuring physician orders, medications and treatments are carried out as well as general health monitoring. Individuals are generally dependent on staff for many daily care activities, we work to increase their independence and exposure to the community.
Earn $31/hour with the selection of the Enhanced Pay Option.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN, you will provide direct nursing care to persons with developmental and physical disabilities by completing clinical assessments, recording seizure activity as needed, and administering medications. This position requires traveling throughout group homes.

Requirements:The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program.
- Current license as an LPN in the Commonwealth of PA.
- One year of experience as an LPN preferred.
- Genuine interest in working with individuals with physical and developmental disabilities.
- A current and valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
